It not only allows a sense of presence with multiple locations, it becomes an important means of expressing the human emotions needed to lubricate a productive team. Secure IM is available if necessary.

Phone: New protocols make calling around the world inexpensive and flexible. Features like call forwarding, call waiting, call transfer, voice mail, make new things possible. We'll help you sort through the options and assist with the implementation.

Video Presence: Various forms of video presence are available. They can improve the quality and texture of communication and help give your team a sense of presence. We can help you decide what is needed and help with the installation.

Audio Presence: In an ideal world, it will seem like your associate is in the office with you. This helps remove the natural discontinuities associated with having team members at a distance. Importantly we can install our proprietary solutions to improve the persistence of imperfect technologies, giving you a better sense of presence with as few technology interruptions as possible.

Screen Presence: We can provide you with a snapshot of your associate's computer screen every 10-30 seconds if that is appropriate.

Virtual Private Networks (VPN): With a secure VPN, your associate can print to a printer in your office. We'll set up the right, inexpensive solution for you with the appropriate level of flexibility and security.
